You want to know, at any given point in time, who owes you money, what bills are outstanding, how much you've spent on equipment or supplies during the year, and how much money you've made. You want to know all the little details that it takes to make sure your business is on track, and you know exactly what is going on. Remember that by tracking all of your expenses you ensure that you have all the possible deductions for tax time at your fingertips! For these reasons, we support and help businesses use QuickBooks to track all their important information. We feel that this is not only the best way to review your business, but also allows for banks, loan officers, your accountant, lawyers, business buyers, and anyone else who might be interested in your financial information too quickly and accurately determine information they (and you) may need.

• We would meet to discuss the needs of your business with regards to electronic bookkeeping.
  • At this meeting we would determine how you want to handle your bookkeeping. These options include
    • Being trained on how to perform your own bookkeeping
    • Monthly having a review of your Bookkeeping so that you know you are on the right track or
    • Handing over monthly statements so that we can handle you bookkeeping and back office needs for you
• You would go away with a list of "todo" items such as:
  • Purchase a Copy of QuickBooks or subscribe to the QuickBooks Online Edition
    • QuickBooks is readily available at many office supply stores, and warehouse stores, such as Sam's Club and Costco. NOTE: You can also purchase your copy of QuickBooks thru SWC and get a % discount. If you wish to do that please CLICK HERE.
    • Please make sure on your purchase that you are buying QuickBOOKS, not QuickEN
  • Gather information that we may need
    • Beginning bank statements
    • Copies of depreciation schedules from your accountant
    • Your prior years balance sheet / and tax return information
• Once your data is gathered, depending on which option / type of work level you choose, our Bookkeeping specialists would create a QuickBooks file for you on which your companies records would then be kept.

For those people who want to focus on what they are good at (their own business, the reason they got into business!) we offer a bookkeeping service.

This service is charged either by flat fee per month or an hourly rate depending on how you would like to budget your business. These fees are dependent on how many checks, debit or credit transactions, invoices, and deposits that your company has each month.

Please note that this service is extremely customized to each individual / company. You can use this service as frequently as you wish (once a week to run invoices, up to once a quarter for general checkups). Our service provides not only a full range QuickBooks setup and maintenance program for our clients, but also the knowledge of bookkeepers who have worked with QuickBooks for over 10 years and who can modify your QuickBooks files to work specifically for your individual or business needs.
